About Concierge

Concierge Medicine, often referred to as Personalized Healthcare or Direct Care, is a rapidly growing trend in healthcare driven by both patients and healthcare professionals with the aim of establishing a better, healthier quality of life. It is a relationship between a patient and a physician, in which the patient pays an annual fee or retainer. This may or may not be in addition to other charges. In exchange for the retainer, doctors provide enhanced care. Other terms in use include boutique medicine, retainer-based medicine, and innovative medical practice design.

Concierge Medicine is ideal for those serious about maintaining an active role in their personal health and value one-on-one healthcare with a trusted physician.

Dr. Fine's Medical Concierge Program offers unique options as part of your healthcare plan including a yearly comprehensive executive physical, house calls to your home, office or hotel, and 24/7 availability by phone or email. He also offers a special Executive Medical Tract for the local Century City community.

  • Annual Wellness Examination

    Each year, you will receive a comprehensive examination consisting of a thorough review of your medical history, complete physical examination, comprehensive lab and urine testing, hormone evaluation, and cancer and heart disease screening.

  • Nutritional Support

    As part of your annual plan, your nutritional status will be evaluated and monitored, and recommendations will be made to improve your underlying medical concerns, conditions or diseases.

  • Electronic Medical Records

    As part of your annual plan your medical records will be digitalized and available to you on an internet based platform, available to you 24/7, anywhere in the world.

  • Same-Day Doctor House Calls
    As part of your annual Medical Concierge plan, you will be seen on a same-day basis, usually within 1-2 hours of your call.
  • Physician Connectivity
    You will be provided with Dr. Jeremy Fine's personal cell phone number and email address for direct access 24/7.

House calls offer many benefits to patients and physicians; it has the potential to cut costs by eliminating unnecessary ER visits, and it has the potential to help re-establish a more intimate doctor-patient relationship.

Executive Exclusive

Practicing in the heart of Century City, Dr. Fine offers an exclusive executive medical tract for the local business community. This tract provides healthcare to executives and companies to help maintain health, and productivity in the workplace. Annual Executive Physicals coupled with workplace yoga, relaxation seminars, stress reduction seminars and nutritional support for executives and employees ensure the highest level and quality of corporate health and efficiency in the workplace.

    Dr. Fine is an excellent doctor! I actually look forward to my visits because I know that I am getting the best one-on-one care from a doctor that is extremely thorough and has my best interest at heart. If there is a health concern, he deals with it immediately and calmly. He explains everything in terms I can understand. On the occasion that he does need to consult with a specialist he is always supportive, involved and communicative in every step of the way. I just had a series of tests that Dr. Fine himself ordered (not a specialist) to determine the cause of symptoms I was having. He stayed with me throughout the tests and later spent twenty minutes explaining what he had found, what my next step should be and answered any and all questions I had. His staff is friendly and efficient. It doesn't get better.

    Dr. Fine is our daughter's primary care physician. He is an excellent choice for young adults. He is caring and committed to developing a trusting relationship with his patients. His primary goal is overall good health and prescribes healthy choices first over medications to address issues. When prescribing medications he monitors and limits use to treat conditions and follows up with lifestyle changes to promote consistent good health. This is vitally important with young adults that are learning how to stay healthy for a lifetime. I would highly recommend him for any patient, however with young adults he would be an excellent first choice.

    About Dr Jeremy Fine

    Dr. Jeremy Fine, a native of Johannesburg, South Africa, grew up in Los Angeles. He completed his medical training in internal medicine at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in 2004 and was then selected to be Chief Resident, a role in which he enjoyed teaching the practice and more importantly, the "art" of medicine to physicians and medical students.

    Dr. Fine has served on the Executive Committee, Bioethics Committee and the Medical Informatics Committee at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is also a former Clinical Instructor of Medicine at both the UCLA and USC Schools of Medicine.

    Dr. Fine is board certified in Internal Medicine. His practice philosophy incorporates an emphasis on not only listening to his patients but also hearing what they have to say.

    He was chosen by Los Angeles Magazine as one of the Best Doctors in Los Angeles for his exemplary skills and innovative approach to medicine. He has also been selected as one of California's Favorite Physicians. In 2010, he was voted Most Compassionate Doctor.

    Dr. Fine loves to travel and has practiced medicine and lectured in cities across the globe including Oslo, Norway; Sydney, Australia; Nagasaki, Japan and Tel Aviv, Israel. He and his wife, Sharon have two sons, Oliver and Caleb.
